- GMP-compliant analytical testing of biologics for drug substance release, stability, and characterization
- Support of analytical method validation and transfer, including drafting technical protocols and reports
- Troubleshooting and optimization of analytical methods to ensure reliable laboratory execution
- Release and stability testing of biologics, including relative potency determination in line with cGMP
- Documentation in electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN) and support of equipment maintenance, calibration, and qualification
Profil
- Laboratory technician EFZ or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline
- Hands-on experience in a GMP laboratory environment
- Experience with analytical and biochemical techniques, e.g. HPLC/UPLC, CE, binding assays, cell-based assays, PCR
- Strong English communication and documentation skills (German is advantageous)
- Reliable team player with a strong quality mindset and attention to detail
